Draw mechanics

Entering the competition is easy.  all you need is to register and open your account, then follow the easy 3 steps.

  1. Select your prize.
  2. Answer the Skill question correctly and buy your ticket.
  3. Receive your ticket and wait for the Live Draw.

The competition will last for a fixed period. Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competitions page on our website.

The closing date for the competition is fixed and will take place on the condition that at least 3000 tickets have sold. If less than 3000 tickets have sold by the time of the draw, a full refund will be issued to you.

The prize draw will take place on the date stated in the competition details.  The draw itself will be available to view on social media channels via a live stream.  Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.

The raffle is open to all residents in the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter. Should you enter from outside the UK, the prize will be delivered to a UK address of your choosing. Any cost arising for Import or Export will be your responsibility.

Tickets

The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is fixed and will not change.

Both the maximum number of tickets for sale, and the total of tickets sold so far, are displayed in the draw details.

Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details.

Each raffle has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase.  Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each raffle.  The maximum number of tickets available for each raffle is fixed and will not change once the raffle is live.

You can view your tickets and transactions in the My Account section of the website.

Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

Payment

The cost of each ticket is clearly stated by each competition and won’t change during the sale period.

We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.

Prize Machine

Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your registered account.  Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured. We will notify the winner as soon as possible after the draw date, using the phone number or email address provided with the raffle entry.

If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.

If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

The prize will be delivered to any UK address within 14 days of the draw.

We aim to only provide the prize as advertised in our prize draws with no cash alternative.  We may however be willing to discuss other options should you not be able to take delivery of the prize.  This is entirely at our discretion.

If you win we would love to ask you to share your excitement and send us/post pictures of you with the prize to share with our other followers and subscribers on our website or social media pages. 

This is not compulsory at all. Just let us know if you do not want to participate.

Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the raffle and awarded the prize fairly.

We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days a new draw will take place. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
